Firstly, make sure you have read our terms and conditions and understand which items of clothing we accept.

Complete and submit a registration form and then parcel up your items.

We will contact you with your reference number and our address details so you can send your items to us.

All you need to do now is send your items. Refer to the sending your items section if you need help with this.

Your items will be sold via online auctions. Upon arrival we will process your items and then contact you to confirm a date that your items will be entered in to auction. This usually takes 3-7 days from receipt of your items but depends on demand.

Each item will be listed at auction for 7 days.

At the end of the auctions we will contact you to advise you of your balance. We will inform you if

any of your items didn't sell and offer you the opportunity to re-enter these unsold items in to a final

auction.

Once the auction stage(s) is complete you can choose for any unsold items to be returned to you

or we can donate them to charity on your behalf. We will calculate any return postage for you

if there is any. However the aim is to sell all your items and have nothing to return.

Your payment will be forwarded to you once all the auctions have ended.
