Package up your items making sure you include your address details and reference number.

You can take your parcel to your local Post Office or arrange a courier. Couriers are alot cheaper than Royal Mail when sending heavy parcels, however if you do decide to send your items via Royal Mail please ensure that you send your items via Recorded Delivery.

 www.collectmyparcel.com for heavy parcels, they charge £8.95 including VAT for a parcel upto 30kg and this is the cheapest courier we have found. Using DHL through other websites will be more expensive for the same service.

www.myhermes.co.uk is very competitive for lighter weight parcels.

A 30kg parcel is approximately 300 items of clothing depending on the type and size of each item. Bathroom scales are the best way to get an idea of how heavy your parcel is!
