1) We, sellyourbabyclothes.co.uk are refered to as the 'agent' and you, our customer as the 'seller'

 

2) Sellers must complete all sections of the registration form. If the terms and conditions are not agreed to then sellyourbabyclothes.co.uk will not act as an agent for the seller.

 

3) The seller will receive a full 50% of the total sale value of their items. The agent will pay all the auction fees.

 

4) Any payment owed to the seller will be paid by the agent through the payment method chosen by the seller at registration.

 

5) Please ensure you have read our items we accept section before sending any items. Any items which are received that do not adhere to our guidelines will be returned to the seller at their expense or donated to charity on their behalf. In the unlikely event that this should happen the agent will contact the seller

 

6) The seller is responsible for all postage costs.

 

7)The seller must retain all proof of postage as the agent accepts no responsibility for lost packages.

 

8) The seller will be offered the opportunity to re-enter any unsold items for a further chance of sale at auction. This is free of charge.

There will be no further offer to re-enter items if they do not sell the second time.

 

9) Any unsold items can be returned to the seller at their expense or donated to charity on their behalf. The agent will advise the

seller of the cost to return the items. Should the seller request their items  back then the cost of the postage will be deducted

from the sellers payment. If the seller is not owed any payment from the agent then the items will be returned upon cleared

funds from the seller for the cost of the return postage.

 

10) The agent may offer to purchase the clothes from the seller prior to auction for an agreed price. The seller is under no

obligation to accept this offer, if the offer is declined the items will enter the auction process as normal.
