How it works
Make sure you have read our terms and conditions and understand which items of clothing we accept.
Complete and submit a registration form and then parcel up your items.
We will contact you with your reference number, please remember to include this with your items.
We will contact you once we have received your items and give you a date that they will be listed at auction. This usually takes 2-4 days from receipt of your items but depends on how busy we are that week.
Each item will be listed at auction for 7 days.
At the end of the auctions we will contact you to advise you of your balance. We will inform you if any of your items didn't sell and offer you the opportunity to re-enter these unsold items in to a final auction.
Once the auction stage(s) is complete you can choose for any unsold items to be returned to you or we can donate them to charity on your behalf. We will calculate any return postage for you.
We will then forward your payment to you.
